You will shape value hypotheses, design operating changes, and drive measurable outcomes while ensuring responsible-AI and governance across legal, tax, and trade workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Business, Organizational Transformation, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree or certifications preferred.
• 10+ years in professional services, management or transformation consulting or complex AI delivery.
• Experience leading complex workflow redesign and measurable customer outcomes.
• Ability to advise executives, structure ambiguity, and translate strategy into practical plans.
• Commercial judgment in shaping opportunities, scoping work, estimating effort, and delivering promises.
• Analytical ability to combine usage, surveys, and stakeholder evidence into defensible recommendations.
• Experience in legal, tax, trade, risk, compliance, or other complex regulated domains.
• Strong understanding of AI capabilities, change/adoption, responsible-use considerations.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex transformation engagements from discovery to value realization.
• Advise executives on AI-enabled workflows and necessary changes to roles, skills, and controls.
• Shape opportunities from discovery through delivery planning with Sales and teams.
• Make key calls on engagements when path is unclear and stakeholders disagree.
• Set adoption/activation strategy and diagnose barriers to uptake.
• Establish value hypotheses, baselines, and evidence standards.
• Collaborate with AI engineers to build against real systems and data for practical change.
• Coach consultants and translate field learning into reusable value methods.
