Qualifications

• Experience driving large change programmes in complex, multi-site organisations.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholder relationships and priorities.

Responsibilities

• Identify AI use cases with commercial impact and translate into roadmaps and business cases.
• Act as practical implementation partner for AI tools and workflows from pilot to production.
• Provide guidance and training to build BU AI capabilities and reduce reliance on central support.
• Maintain a live AI roadmap and governance approach with the Group Leader.
