Job summary

Evalueserve is seeking a Project Lead to drive AI-enabled operating models across global clients. You will partner with senior stakeholders to decompose procurement processes, design future-state models, and ensure data and process quality for scalable automation.

You will collaborate with AI engineers, DevOps, and full-stack teams, transforming enterprise workflows into agentic AI-driven processes while guiding adoption through structured change management. Travel 25–50% is expected.

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience delivering data science projects.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives leveraging machine learning, GenAI and deep learning.
• Understanding of databases and cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, Azure, Oracle, SQL, Hadoop, Redshift, Hana.
• Experience leading enterprise transformation, process consulting, and workflow redesign initiatives.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML-driven business processes and digital transformation.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and engage senior executives.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in global, cross-functional environments.
• Willingness to travel 25–50% based on client needs.

Responsibilities
