Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years leading change initiatives, process redesign, or digital transformation in an enterprise setting.
• Demonstrated experience with end-to-end workflow redesign and Lean/Six Sigma.
• Direct experience with large-scale digital transformation initiatives.
• Working fluency with AI tools; hands-on AI use is beneficial but not a deep technical AI background.

Responsibilities

• Design and oversee end-to-end workflow redesign methodology across Leatherman, including workshops, value mapping, future-state design, and phased implementation planning.
• Co-lead cross-functional workshops with strategic project teams and functional leaders.
• Maintain transformation pipeline cadence and drive rapid iteration of new workflows.
• Collaborate with AI Platform Lead to ensure feasibility and architectural fit of redesigned workflows.
• Translate business problems into workflow redesigns with measurable P&L impact and ROI.
