Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering technology, data or transformation programs.

• Set delivery standards, including engagement playbooks and quality gates
• Act as executive sponsor on large engagements with business and technology stakeholders
• Scope and price work with go-to-market to ensure deliverability
• Build reusable assets and accelerators to shorten delivery
• Plan hand-offs to run-state teams for ongoing operations

Location: Remote (US), near a major airport | Type: Full Time | Experience: 15+ years | Pay: Up to $300K

About the Role

We're hiring a Delivery Leader to run AI Services delivery from start to finish. You'll own quality, staffing, margin and client outcomes on every engagement, from two-week forward-deployed sprints to multi-year AI Transformation Offices.

The practice sits inside a fast-growing, PE-backed finance and accounting advisory firm. It takes clients from AI pilots to measurable results across finance, operations, HR and supply chain. It builds and runs what it recommends, and its domain experts set the bar for what a correct output looks like. You'll lead both the AI Transformation and AI Delivery groups.

If you've watched good AI work get sold and then fall apart in delivery, this role is your chance to build the system that stops that from happening.

What You'll Do

• Own delivery quality, schedule and margin across the AI Services portfolio
• Lead the AI Transformation and AI Delivery groups: hire, develop and keep the bench, and set staffing and utilization targets
• Set delivery standards, including engagement playbooks, quality gates, evaluation and sign-off before anything goes live
• Act as executive sponsor on the largest engagements, working with business and technology stakeholders
• Scope and price work with the go-to-market team so what gets sold is what the team can deliver
• Build reusable assets and accelerators that shorten delivery and protect margin
• Plan hand-offs to run-state teams so clients can keep what was built working

Qualifications

• 15+ years delivering technology, data or transformation programs, including 5+ years leading a delivery practice or P&L at partner or MD level
• Accountability for margin and utilization across a portfolio of engagements running at the same time
• Enough hands-on depth in data and AI delivery to challenge estimates and architecture
• Programs delivered across several business functions, such as finance, operations, HR or supply chain
• A record of building and leading multidisciplinary teams of engineers and consultants
• Credibility with both business and technology executives

Nice to Have

• Delivery in financial services or other regulated industries
• Generative or agentic AI programs taken into production
• Fixed-fee and outcome-based delivery models
• PMP or an equivalent delivery certification
• Familiarity with Databricks or Snowflake, dbt, Power BI, LangGraph and n8n
