You will own the full arc from scoping to measurable outcomes, coordinating across Legal Engineering, Legal Innovation, and client teams to deliver value.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting or senior client advisory with end-to-end transformation experience.
• Experience managing large-scale technology deployments or change programs in enterprise environments.
• Exceptional executive presence with senior leadership credibility.
• Strong program management instincts and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Own transformation engagements end to end across Harvey's largest accounts.
• Map workflows and target the highest-value opportunities with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate cross-functional delivery and capture value through change management and enablement.
• Build executive relationships and advise on operating model, governance, and KPIs.
• Hand off with rigorous adoption summaries to Customer Success and feed learnings into playbooks.
• Travel up to 50% of the time.
