Job summary

Curana Health, Inc. is seeking a program manager to lead the federated AI transformation across AI SWAT, Guild, and Talent Acquisition.

You will coordinate cross-functional teams, track ROI, and ensure compliant data handling while building scalable processes for rapid AI-enabled learning and adoption in senior care operations. You will partner with the Director of AI SWAT and the Director of Learning Operations to drive delivery, governance, and talent processes that reflect how Curana hires

Qualifications

• 4+ years running concurrent programs end to end with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience building program infrastructure from scratch (tracker, cadence, reporting).
• Comfort working with stakeholders not directly reporting to you; executive sponsorship present.
• Daily, hands-on use of AI tools for drafting, organizing, and analysis.
• Familiarity with healthcare data security requirements and compliant storage practices.
• Clear, audience-calibrated written communication in status reports.

Responsibilities

• Run the operating rhythm for the AI build portfolio: intake, staging, dependencies, launch sequencing, weekly capacity.
• Own communications and follow-through with Guild operators at different learning stages.
• Drive a 90-day delivery gate for prioritized workflow builds with clear ROI.
• Produce ELT updates, ROI worksheets, and actionable scorecards for leaders.
• Build program controls: consolidated status tracking, dependency mapping, ROI documentation.
• Convert meetings into decisions; manage agendas and owner follow-ups.
• Coordinate tool readiness, access attestations, and compliance checks.
• Coordinate the AI enablement rollout across ~600 learners and new hires.
• Align scope and handoffs across IT, Security, health plan, clinical leadership, and L&D.
