Job summary

Curana Health in Kentucky is seeking a program manager to orchestrate the federated AI transformation. You will oversee two live programs: an AI SWAT team embedding AI into business functions and an L&D initiative rolling AI training and assessments, working closely with the Directors and VP of Learning & Development to align priorities.

You will also build talent acquisition processes to screen AI competency, ensure smooth handoffs between IT, Security, clinical leadership, and operations, and

Qualifications

• 4+ years running concurrent programs end to end, with cross-functional stakeholders and competing priorities.
• Experience building program infrastructure from scratch, including trackers and reporting layers.
• Comfortable engaging with Directors and executives to escalate and drive decisions.
• Daily use of AI tools for drafting, organizing, and analysis; assess security considerations.

Responsibilities

• Run operating rhythm for AI build portfolio: intake, staging, dependencies, launch sequencing, and capacity.
• Own communications with Guild builders and operators at different learning stages.
• Drive 90-day delivery gate against prioritised workflow builds with clear outcomes.
• Produce ELT updates, gate reporting, ROI worksheets, and actionable scorecards.
• Build and maintain program controls: consolidated status tracking and ROI documentation.
• Coordinate tool readiness, access attestations, and compliant storage checks.
• Coordinate general AI training rollout across approx. 600 learners and new hires.
