Qualifications

• 2 years, Leading cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• 4 years, Program management, operations improvement, workforce planning, healthcare operations, HR operations, analytics-enabled implementation, or related experience.
• 2 years, Experience in healthcare, workforce productivity, process improvement, or labor management.
• Experience using reporting, analytics, or workflow tools to support implementation and performance management.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery of assigned workforce productivity initiatives from intake through launch, stabilization, and transition to sustained operations.
• Coordinate execution across operations leaders, HR, finance, analytics, technology, and other relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure implementation activities remain aligned to intended business outcomes, including labor efficiency, quality, cycle time, and operational reliability.
• Define initiative-level success criteria and measurable value targets before implementation begins.
