Job summary

monday.com is seeking a Forward Deployed Engineer in Denver to deliver AI-enabled integrations and custom applications for enterprise clients. You will embed the monday.com AI Work Platform within customer tech stacks, lead engagements, and shape solution designs into production systems.

The role requires expert AI development, API experience, and strong consultative communication. This hybrid position includes three days weekly in the Denver office and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years delivering hands-on technical work for external customers in enterprise software.
• Fluency in Generative and Agentic AI development with LLM-based workflows and tool use.
• Familiarity with evaluation harnesses, guardrails, human-in-the-loop review, tracing in production.
• Strong knowledge of RESTful/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, MCP, and identity/auth protocols.
• Proficiency in TypeScript/JavaScript, with React or Node.js; full-stack preferred.
• Experience with data mobility and integrations using SQL, scripts, n8n or Workato.
• Experience deploying to AWS, GCP, or Azure; CI/CD; version control.
• Excellent consultative communication to translate business problems into technical solutions.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep knowledge of the monday.com platform, AI, and extensibility tools to integrate into clients' landscapes.
• Lead post-sale technical delivery, requirements gathering, and execution of engagements.
• Provide technical consulting on AI transformation, system scale, security, governance, and data architecture.
• Engineer AI solutions using API, MCP, and apps framework for migrations and integrations.
• Manage standalone engagements with client communication and delivery tasks.
• Create documentation and artifacts so customers can operate and extend builds.
• Advocate for customers with Product/R&D to extend capabilities.
• Contribute to Services tooling roadmap and reusable components.
