Job summary

Praecipio Consulting LLC seeks a seasoned practitioner to lead enterprise AI organizational design and change initiatives. You will guide client operating models, governance, and workforce readiness as AI agents become central to delivery.

You’ll collaborate with AI strategy, engineering, and enablement leads to shape Praecipio’s internal practice and client offerings. You’ll also facilitate executive workshops, drive adoption frameworks, and convert engagements into scalable methodologies while

Qualifications

• Deep roots in organizational design and change management within a consulting context.
• Fluency across AI strategy, engineering, and enablement to engage with technical leads.
• Defensible point of view on AI-native organizational structures.
• Ability to operate effectively in ambiguity and drive outcomes.
• Executive presence with strong client-facing facilitation.
• Experience using Git, GitHub and Claude Code in daily workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead client operating model engagements: org design, decision rights, governance, and workforce readiness for teams working with AI agents.
• Facilitate AI advisory workshops with executive and delivery audiences.
• Architect how Praecipio's teams collaborate with AI agents and build change frameworks to ensure adoption.
• Translate engagement learnings into repeatable, sellable methodologies in a developing playbook.
• Support client-billable strategy work alongside internal methodology development.
