Job summary

Sauce is seeking an AI Transformation Engineer in Miami, FL to lead AI-first transformations across operations. You will own problems end-to-end, architect scalable solutions, and drive cross-team adoption of AI tooling and workflows in a fast-paced R&D environment.

You are a technical founder at heart, combining PM, architect, and engineering skills to deliver production-grade systems with AI agents and human-in-the-loop processes.

Qualifications

• Almost a technical founder— you've built products or companies and love to build.
• PM + Architect + Engineer in one — you write requirements and execute.
• Strong software architect; build extensible systems and integrate with existing code.
• AI-native — deep hands-on experience with LLMs, agents and AI-assisted dev.
• Relentless drive to push until the problem is solved.
• Versatile across domains and codebases; comfortable with unfamiliar stacks.
• Proven transformation driver who changes how teams work.

Responsibilities

• Own operations problems end-to-end — define the solution, be PM, architect, build, ship and iterate.
• Drive AI transformation across the company — introduce AI-first practices and ship results.
• Design and deploy agentic systems — AI agents, human-in-the-loop workflows, CRM integrations.
• Cross boundaries freely — work across teams and stacks with no ‘not my area’.
• Report to leadership and set priorities with business and ops leaders.
