Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s preferred.
• 1–3 years of related experience in Agile, business analysis, or workflow analysis.
• Experience writing and collaborating on user stories preferred.
• Understanding of healthcare processes is preferred.
• Ability to translate complex needs into actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Identify and define practical AI use cases.
• Research current workflows, pain points, user needs.
• Translate problems into defined AI use cases, requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria.
• Assess readiness, dependencies, and risks for AI use cases.
• Support prioritization of AI opportunities based on value and feasibility.
• Support AI implementation and drive adoption with testing and demonstrations.
• Develop training materials, user guides, FAQs, and examples.
• Facilitate workshops and sessions to promote AI adoption.
• Monitor AI performance and outcomes post-launch.
