• Conduct online research to verify processes, gather data, and ensure accuracy.
• Perform outbound inquiry calls to evaluate booking procedures and service workflows.
• Maintain high data quality by logging detailed, structured notes for each task.
• Identify workflow gaps and provide actionable insights to project teams.
• Adapt across domains while following project guidelines and standards.
