TELUS Digital is seeking AI Support Agents to guide an AI platform in a human-in-the-loop role. You will execute workflows, perform targeted online research, and conduct outbound inquiries to train algorithms with high accuracy.

You will maintain detailed notes to ensure data quality, adapt across diverse domains, and follow strict project guidelines. This is a non-customer-facing, operational role with flexible scheduling in a fast-paced tech environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1–2+ years in interactive customer service, admin ops, QA, data review, or process mapping.
• Structured online research experience and professional phone communication.
• Flexible to work across a 24/7 program schedule, including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Train AI Models: document actions to generate training data for AI learning.
• Conduct Online Research: verify steps and gather critical data across industries.
• Perform Outbound Inquiry Calls: assess procedures as a prospective customer.
• Maintain High Data Quality: log notes to support evaluation and QA.
• Identify Workflow Gaps: highlight friction and suggest improvements to teams.
• Adapt Across Domains: switch tasks while following project guidelines.
