Job summary

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or 2-4 years of equivalent work experience.
  • 2-4 years of work experience in education, learning sciences, information science, organizational development, instructional design, computer science, or a related discipline.
  • 1-3 years delivering technical training programs or educational technology support.
  • Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Design, curate, and deliver AI training across formats (asynchronous, webinar, hands-on, cohorts).
  • Develop role-specific reskilling pathways connecting teams with practical training.
  • Maintain training materials and align with evolving tools and guidance.
  • Coordinate with subject matter experts, school AI leads, and CTL/LODs for collaboration.
