Job summary

SaidGig is seeking a remote contract Learning Designer to design and deliver high-quality learning programs that support AI training projects. The role focuses on creating clear, effective learning experiences for a dynamic customer project, with no prior AI experience required.

You will work with stakeholders remotely to define objectives, design modules and assessments, and produce digital content. Refine materials based on feedback and evolving project needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in training, instructional design, or adult learning.

• Experience creating educational content for remote or digital audiences; strong written/verbal communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Define clear, measurable learning objectives for specific program audiences.
• Design structured learning programs from objectives through modules, activities, and assessments.
• Create engaging digital educational content, including instructional materials, presentations, and supporting resources.
• Develop basic assessment tools, including quizzes and rubrics, to measure learner progress and achievement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders remotely to maintain clarity and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Refine program designs and materials in response to feedback and evolving project requirements.
• Document processes and best practices to support consistent quality and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in training, instructional design, adult learning, or a related field.
• Ability to define learning outcomes and connect them to appropriate activities and assessments.
• Experience designing educational content for diverse audiences, particularly in remote or digital environments.
• Knowledge of assessment development, including quizzes and rubrics, to evaluate learning impact.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex ideas clearly in a virtual setting.
• Ability to manage multiple deliverables, adapt to changing project needs, and produce detail-oriented, learner-centered work.

Work Terms

Remote contract engagement.

Compensation$40 to $75 per hour.
