Qualifications

5+ years of working experience in IT
Strong consulting and project management experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently at a high level
Able to quickly shift gears and work on projects across regions, levels and functions
A lifelong learner with an appetite for deepening IT knowledge and teamwork

Responsibilities

Deploy AI solutions for business workflows by conducting technical discovery, process mapping and workflow analysis to identify opportunities.
Develop use cases, contribute to the Use Case Repository and translate use cases into practice sessions with realistic datasets and prompts.
Drive AI adoption with business and end-users by engaging internal stakeholders to understand objectives and constraints; conduct needs analyses and workshops.
Evangelize a culture of innovation and experimentation by building organizational understanding of AI capabilities and limitations and inspiring experimentation.
