Job summary

You will provide T1/T2 IT helpdesk assistance, manage inquiries, and contribute to content management, documentation, and AI coding assistant workflows across projects.

Qualifications

• Experience with helpdesk ticketing systems and escalation procedures.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices and SLA management.
• Experience with issue tracking, documentation, and resolution.
• Familiarity with content management systems such as SharePoint, Confluence and WordPress.
• Understanding of AI coding assistant knowledge and related workflows.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT helpdesk support at T1/T2 levels and handle inquiries.
• Enable model services, IAM configurations, and vendor platform support.
• Deliver white-glove application services, including change management and design support.
