CoStar Group in Arlington, VA seeks an AI Tools Manager for Matterport to lead AI-enabled sales tools strategy and delivery. This hands-on role owns two products—the AI Sales Assistant and an AI BDR agent—and partners with Sales, Product Marketing, IT, and Revenue Operations to drive adoption and measurable pipeline impact.

You will shape the roadmap, define go‑to‑market strategy, ensure integration with ZoomInfo, Gong, Salesforce, and other critical systems, and drive adoption across the sales

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience putting AI or LLM workflows into production.
• Ability to define scope, write clear requirements and roadmap.
• Experience partnering with Sales and Marketing to drive adoption.

Responsibilities

• Own AI go-to-market strategy for the Matterport tool set across sales lifecycle.
• Define roadmaps, trade-offs, and implementation plans with cross-functional teams.
• Measure ROI via usage, time savings, and pipeline impact.
• Integrate AI tools with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Gong and related systems.
