CoStar Group is seeking an AI Tools Manager for Matterport in Arlington, VA. This in‑office role leads AI tool strategy for sales, builds AI-enabled products, and steers cross‑functional collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and IT to scale adoption and business impact.

The role emphasizes product management, go‑to‑market planning, and hands‑on AI development across the sales stack, with a focus on measurable pipeline outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited university.
• 5+ years of professional experience in product management or engineering.
• Hands-on AI or LLM workflow production experience.
• Experience owning adoption of a tool across a distributed sales team.
• Ability to write crisp requirements and define product roadmaps.
• Experience interfacing with Sales, Marketing and IT teams.

Responsabilidades

• Define an AI go-to-market strategy spanning Matterport sales tools.
• Identify white space and drive new AI capability development.
• Track AI landscape and translate changes into actionable plans.
• Drive AE adoption through onboarding, training and in-workflow support.
• Own the AI Sales Assistant roadmap, upgrades, and release cadence.
• Build and scale an AI BDR agent and outbound automation.
• Instrument tools and report usage and pipeline impact monthly.
• Partner with IT on architecture, security, and data governance.
