Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Python and software tool development.
• Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, ML frameworks, or applied AI systems.
• Ability to build end-to-end applications from data ingestion to UI.
• Strong data analysis skills with SQL, Pandas, and statistical modeling.
• Experience integrating APIs, databases, and third-party platforms.
• Comfort with messy, incomplete, or unstructured real-world data.
• Able to turn loosely defined problems into working solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design and build internal AI-powered tools for engineering workflows.
• Automate repetitive processes and integrate AI tools with existing systems.
• Develop dashboards, data pipelines, and reporting to visualize performance.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to identify opportunities and prototype solutions.
• Deploy models and tools that improve operational efficiency in the shop and field.
