Johnson Block and Company, Inc. is seeking a Technology & AI Innovation Specialist to spearhead the adoption and practical use of AI, automation, and digital tools across Audit, Tax, CAS, and administration.
This hands‑on role focuses on turning technology into tangible process improvements and measurable value for the firm. The ideal candidate blends strong technology skills with business-process thinking, project management, and the ability to communicate with nontechnical users.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field preferred.
- 5+ years in business technology, automation, analytics, or related area.
- Experience implementing or supporting technology solutions in a business environment.
Responsabilités
- Identify opportunities to apply AI in Audit, Tax, CAS, and admin workflows.
- Lead technology projects from design to rollout across the firm.
- Coordinate with software vendors, consultants, and internal IT on projects.
- Develop training materials and user guides for new tools.
- Assist with troubleshooting and optimizing technology solutions.
- Promote adoption and measurable value from technology investments.
