Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience in AI & engineering work.

Responsibilities

• Own a workstream within AI & Engineering engagements—from analysis through adoption.
• Carry out the core analysis and design work: use case selection, data quality, model development and evaluation.
• Run working sessions and interviews with client stakeholders and turn insights into clear findings and options.
• Build models, artifacts and client-ready materials to a senior-executive standard.
• Track progress, risks and decisions for your workstream and escalate early.
• Contribute to proposals, scoping and the practice's methods and knowledge.
• Help client teams take ownership so the change keeps running after we leave.
