AbbVie is seeking an Associate Director of Technology and Innovation to oversee the AI and technology opportunity portfolio in Clinical Sciences and Development. You will coordinate with BTS and business stakeholders to drive ideation, proofs of concept, and scalable AI-enabled solutions that advance strategic goals.

You will develop and communicate project proposals, manage timelines, risks, and resource plans, and lead high-impact opportunities with limited oversight, shaping decision-ready

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years in project/portfolio management; 5+ years in clinical development, technology or business operations.
• Experience delivering AI-enabled solutions and prototyping with AI tools to inform decisions and scale opportunities.
• Proven ability to collaborate in a complex matrix environment and drive innovative solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Own and manage AI and technology opportunity planning across Clinical Sciences and Development.
• Prepare reports, track risks and dependencies, and communicate decisions to stakeholders.
• Lead governance and portfolio reviews with BTS and R&D AI teams and enabling functions.
• Develop proposals, estimates, and timelines, prioritizing initiatives within the portfolio.
• Lead high-impact AI opportunities with limited oversight and clear action paths.
