Job summary

NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is seeking early-career consultants to help shape the next wave of AI-powered transformation. You'll work on AI-powered solutions, collaborate with trailblazing experts, and contribute to real client projects from day one, with structured onboarding and certifications.

You'll join either the functional or technical track based on strengths, with in-person work at the Manhattan office and travel up to 25% as required by projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Linguistics, Business, or a related field (2025 or 2026 graduate)
• Foundational understanding of software development concepts: APIs, data flows, application logic
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to different audiences
• Self-motivated to excel across multiple client engagements, where you'll gain broad exposure to different industries and emerging technologies.
• Based in or willing to relocate to New York City — this role works in-person at our Manhattan office
• Willingness to travel to client sites as project needs require (up to 25%)
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce, AWS, or GCP
• Exposure to AI tools (Claude/Anthropic, OpenAI) and practical application experience
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and tools like JIRA or Confluence
• Active Salesforce or AWS certification, or progress toward one
• Internship, co-op, or other client-facing team experience

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to identify where AI creates value, configure and deploy AI-powered solutions, design agentic workflows, and iterate on prompts and system instructions for production readiness
• Potential future roles: AI Experience Architect, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Agentforce Functional Lead
• Develop and integrate AI-powered contact-center solutions across Salesforce and AWS environments
• Build system integrations via APIs and contribute to end-to-end technical delivery of AI-enabled solutions

We’ll be building a class of early‑career consultants to grow alongside some of the most experienced AI and cloud practitioners in the industry. This is a full‑time role, not an internship. You'll go through structured onboarding, earn certifications, work directly alongside senior engineers and architects, and contribute to real client projects from day one.

What You’ll Do

Functional

For people who thrive at the intersection of business and technology. You'll collaborate with clients to identify where AI creates value, configure and deploy AI‑powered solutions, design agentic workflows, and iterate on prompts and system instructions to make solutions work in production.

Future roles in this track may include: AI Experience Architect, Solution Architect, Product Owner, Agentforce Functional Lead

Technical

For people who want to build. You'll write and debug code across Salesforce and AWS environments, develop contact center solutions on Amazon Connect, build system integrations via APIs, and contribute to the technical delivery of AI‑powered solutions end‑to‑end.

Future roles in this track may include: Forward Deployed Engineer, AWS Developer, Salesforce Developer, AI Engineer

Qualifications
