Job summary

NeuraFlash, LLC, part of Accenture, seeks a Technical Architect to join the Field Service team and lead customer-facing architecture efforts. You will drive dashboards, dataflows, and Einstein Analytics implementations while partnering with AI squads to push cutting-edge solutions.

This role emphasizes multi-tenant design, integrations with SAP/Oracle/MS Dynamics, and hands-on Apex/Lightning/Visualforce development. English proficiency and international travel are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years on the Salesforce platform in a technical role.
• End‑to‑end project implementation including integrations with SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics.
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant architecture and integration architecture.
• Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions.
• Solid understanding of PaaS & IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure.
• Hands‑on development experience using Apex, Lightning Components and Visualforce.
• Salesforce Architect Certifications (Application and System Architect).
• Full English proficiency.
• Ability to travel internationally.

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports that provide data visibility for leadership and users.
• Translate reporting requirements into technical dashboard specifications.
• Provide insight to business users and technical team members on the best reporting approaches.
• Develop dataflows and lenses in Salesforce Einstein Analytics to support requirements.
• Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development and deployment.
• Set operations and refresh standards based on the global data strategy.

We are looking for aTechnical Architect to add to our very talented Field Service technical team! TheTechnical Architect will contribute as a customer‑facing resource. We are building a best‑in‑class team and this role will have the opportunity to make significant contributions to our success by working with the rest of our talented team, exciting customers, and partnering closely with our AI Team!

YOU WILL HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

• Discuss reporting needs with business users to design dashboards and reports that will provide data visibility for leadership, business groups, and the general user population
• Review business reporting requirements and translate those requirements into technical reporting & dashboard specifications
• Provide insight to business users and technical team members regarding the best way to build reports and dashboards
• Develop dataflows and lenses in an existing Salesforce Einstein Analytics tool to support business requirements
• Establish best practices and standards for dataflow, lenses, and dashboard development and deployment
• Establish operations and refresh standards based on globally aligned data strategy

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

• 5+ years working on the Salesforce platform, specifically within a technical application
• End to end project implementation including integrations with other applications such as SAP, Oracle, and MS Dynamics
• Strong understanding of multi‑tenant architecture and integration architecture
• Solid understanding of CI/CD solutions
• Solid understanding of PaaS & IaaS platforms such as Heroku, AWS, and Azure
