Job summary

VitalEdge is seeking an Implementation Consultant for the AI Technician Assist platform. You will lead the end-to-end deployment, including configuration, data integration, pilot rollout, and scaling across service centers, collaborating with IT and ERP teams.

You will bridge AI capabilities with ERP service data and guide technicians, with emphasis on data quality and governance to support accurate diagnostics.

Qualifications

• 3+ years with AI/ML-enabled applications; understand capabilities and data needs.
• Experience with heavy equipment dealer ERP data modules (Service) and API data extraction.
• Experience with system integration concepts; production coding not required.
• Familiarity with data quality and governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation of the AI Technician Assist platform, including configuration and data integration.
• Pilot rollout and scaling across service centers with IT, Service Operations, and ERP Product team.
• ERP & Data Integration: Own integration between AI Assist and the ERP Service module to pull repair/history data.
