Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
Minimum 8 years of professional consulting experience in the Software & Platforms tech industry.
Minimum 5 years of experience at a consulting firm.

Responsibilities

Translate strategies into action with implementation plans and operating models.
Drive execution with client teams and remove barriers to ensure lasting impact.
Size and track ROI of transformation initiatives in real time.
Execute cost reduction and efficiency opportunities across client operations.
Build project governance, logs, and risk tracking for engagements.
Develop client-ready materials for executives and stakeholders.
Lead workstreams end-to-end with high client-readiness output.
Develop junior team members and invest in their growth.
Travel: Average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
