Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA a plus.
• 8+ years of professional experience consulting in Software & Platforms tech.
• Minimum 5 years at a consulting firm.
• Strong client communication skills with senior stakeholders.
• Proven delivery on complex engagements with AI at the center.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategies into action and implementation plans.
• Drive execution with client teams and remove barriers.
• Size value and track ROI of transformation initiatives.
• Execute cost reduction and efficiency opportunities, incl. AI spend.
• Build project infrastructure: plans, governance, logs, risk tracking.
• Develop client-ready materials for executives.
• Lead workstreams from start to finish with high quality output.
• Travel: average 40–50% (up to 80% as needed).
