Job summary

Amentum is seeking an AI Technology Support Engineer/Analyst to troubleshoot and resolve issues across AI products and services. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance AI system performance and customer satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will have a strong technical background in AI, experience with ML frameworks, and excellent communication skills to convey complex concepts to clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field required; Master’s preferred.
• Experience with AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn, Keras, etc.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for AI products and services, addressing client inquiries and troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve AI algorithm deployment, data processing, and system integration issues.
• Collaborate with product development, engineering, and data science teams to improve AI performance.
• Document findings and communicate solutions to internal teams and clients.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation, user guides, troubleshooting manuals, and FAQs.
• Offer training and guidance on AI technologies to clients and internal teams.
• Stay updated with AI trends to provide informed support and recommendations.
