Hiring: AI Technical Lead - Java & Agentic AI

Important

Location: Detroit, MI (Hybrid 3 days a week)

JD:

Tech Lead —Build Development

• Oracle JDBC / Callable Statement (stored proc binding — NOT JPA/Hibernate)
• React + TypeScript
• Python (secondary)
• Flyway DB migrations
• Integration testing against live databases (no mocking)

AI

• Claude API / Anthropic SDK
• Prompt engineering + structured output design
• Prompt caching (cost optimization)
• Context window management + chunking
• Agentic workflow design (multi-step, tool use)
• AI-augmented development (Claude Code or equivalent)

Domain
