Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or journalism.
• 8+ years relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public relations
• Avid consumer of news and on the pulse of trends in PR, and AI/technology
• Experience in virtual teams within a matrixed organization, global firm preferred
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Travel up to 10%

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive communications plan in support of Deloitte Tax's AI & Technology strategic objectives
• Serve as a communications advisor to internal stakeholders, creating compelling internal communications strategies
• Participate in messaging and strategy sessions with colleagues and SMEs to determine best assets
• Collaborate with stakeholders and designers to develop innovative campaign assets
• Conceptualize, write, and edit assets including articles, talking points, use cases, and leadership messages
• Analyze relevant metrics to inform channel and message choices
• Advise senior leaders on best practices and market trends
• Lead collaboration with business stakeholders and SMEs
• Ensure cross-team alignment on messaging, outreach, and metrics
