Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI & Technology Communications Manager for Tax to drive strategic external and internal communications. You will partner with Tax leadership and closely collaborate with the Tax Office of the CEO and Tax Marketing to align messaging with business objectives.

You will develop comprehensive plans, craft leadership communications, produce articles, talking points, emails, and campaigns, and measure impact to refine channels and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or journalism.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate communications or PR.
• Aware of AI, technology, and market trends in PR.
• Experience in virtual/matrixed teams, preferably in a global firm.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive communications plan aligning AI & Technology objectives with business goals.
• Advise internal stakeholders with strategic communications supporting business priorities.
• Collaborate with marketers and SMEs to select best messaging and assets for campaigns.
• Design assets with stakeholders and designers to boost client interactions and reinforce messages.
• Write and edit articles, talking points, leadership emails, and internal collateral.
• Analyze metrics to optimize channels and resonance of communications.
• Advise leadership on best practices and market trends.
• Lead cross-team collaboration to ensure messaging alignment and measurement.
