Deloitte is seeking an AI & Technology Communications Manager for its Tax division. You will craft and lead communications strategies that connect business goals with AI initiatives, engaging senior leaders and stakeholders across the organization.

You will develop assets, advise on messaging, and measure impact, ensuring alignment with market trends and Deloitte's brand. This role requires executive presence and a proven track record in corporate communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or journalism.
• 8+ years relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public relations.
• Avid consumer of news and trends in PR, AI, technology, and market trends.
• Experience on virtual/matrixed teams, preferably in a global firm.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive communications plan in support of Deloitte Tax's AI & Technology objectives.
• Serve as a communications advisor to internal stakeholders and leaders.
• Collaborate with marketers and SMEs to determine assets and channels.
• Create innovative assets to reinforce marketing messages for internal audiences.
• Write and edit campaign assets including articles, emails, presentations, and collateral.
• Analyze metrics to optimize channels and messages.
