Job summary

Deloitte seeks a highly skilled AI & Technology Communications Manager to drive external and internal messaging for the Tax AI & Technology priority. You will partner with senior leaders, the Tax Office of the CEO, and Tax Communications to align strategy with business growth.

You will develop comms plans, create compelling content, and measure impact across channels, leveraging AI insights to enhance outcomes. This role emphasizes executive presence and cross‑team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or journalism.
• 8+ years relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public relations
• Avid consumer of news and trends in PR, AI, technology, and marketplace and competitor trends
• Experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
• Travel up to 10%
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies for external and internal audiences in Deloitte Tax AI & Technology priority
• Serve as communications advisor to internal stakeholders and leadership
• Collaborate with Tax Marketing to align market messaging
• Lead collaboration with business stakeholders and subject matter experts
• Analyze metrics to inform channel choices and messages
• Advise senior leaders on best practices and market trends
