Job summary

Deloitte is seeking an AI & Technology Communications Manager for the Tax practice. You will craft and execute external and internal communications strategies, partnering with Tax CEO office, Tax Communications, and Marketing to align market messaging and leadership communications.

You'll lead campaigns, write leadership messages, and analyze metrics to drive decision-making. A strong background in corporate communications and AI-related topics is required, with up to 10% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, or journalism.
• 8+ years relevant experience in corporate communications and/or public relations.
• Avid consumer of news and trends in PR, AI, technology and market trends.
• Experience on virtual teams in a matrixed org, preferably in a global firm.
• Microsoft Office Suite skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute communications strategies aligned to Deloitte Tax's AI & Technology priorities.
• Advise internal stakeholders and senior leaders on communications approaches.
• Collaborate with marketers and SMEs to define assets and channels.
• Create/lead assets: articles, talking points, use cases, leadership emails, presentations.
• Measure and optimize communications effectiveness across channels.
• Lead cross-team collaboration and ensure messaging alignment.
