Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 12+ years of Go-To-Market, Business Development, Sales, or Consulting experience.
• 10+ years of building and leading large teams in matrixed operating structures.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross functional teams.
• Experience negotiating VP-level contracts with channel partners and agencies.
• Experience collaborating with Marketing, Product Management, Customer Service, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Senior Leadership.
• Experience managing and developing high performance teams.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage Tech BD members across Creative X and Retail Ad Service to execute partnerships and achieve goals.
• Own executive relationships with key customers and partners; provide sponsorship and escalation when needed.
• Build and execute a GTM plan to forge client relationships and drive adoption of CrX and RAS.
• Serve as the primary contact for onboarding, product adoption, and ongoing success for CrX and RAS.
• Structure and negotiate complex partnership agreements and digital media transactions.
• Analyze financials; construct P&L and cost/benefit analyses for stakeholders.
• Originate and manage partnerships to accelerate product development and new capabilities.
• Collaborate with Account Executives and Partner Development Managers to drive growth.
• Synthesize customer feedback for product and marketing teams.
• Bridge customers and internal teams to ensure seamless delivery.
