Qualifications

• 8+ years in front-end technologist, engineer, or UX prototyper roles.
• Experience prototyping for enterprise web apps or workflows.
• Experience designing and prototyping with tools like Figma or Adobe Creative Cloud.
• Track record delivering inventive prototypes and leading technical direction across teams.

Responsibilities

• Architect and own systems that enable prototyping within production constraints.
• Lead development of agent-based systems coordinating parallel workstreams.
• Refine GenAI creative workflows and influence implementation decisions and quality standards.
• Develop large prototypes and lead a team to execute.
• Prototype rapidly, ship production-ready code, and ensure code is maintainable.
