SAP Next Gen is seeking a Project Management Specialist to lead and coordinate AI talent strategy and go-to-market efforts. The role partners across global teams to align strategic initiatives with SAP's AI transformation story and external communications, while driving programs that attract and engage students and early talent.

You will manage complex projects, organize stakeholder input, and deliver actionable materials for executive leadership.

• Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate globally across teams and communicate clearly and effectively in English.
• Business, data & analytics acumen.
• Experience in project and stakeholder management.

Responsabilités

• Align SAP Next Gen's go-to-market strategy, including internal and external communication, with SAP's broader AI transformation story.
• Collaborate across SAP to ensure consistent GTM execution across channels and geographies.
• Lead the organic global SAP Next Gen influencer program
• Keep SAP Next Gen's career site updated and appeal to its target group
• Prepare presentations and materials for executive leadership on GTM progress and impact.
