Job summary

MBS Innovations, a recruiting agency focused on AI and engineering talent, is hiring to keep up with client demand. We opened under nine months ago and are already past seven figures in revenue, and we’re hiring to keep up.

Our founder spent 18 years helping build one of the largest tech staffing agencies in America before starting his own, and he’s in the trenches with the team every day rather than managing from a distance. We plan to add 20+ people before the end of the year.

Qualifications

• Previous recruiting experience in AI/engineering is helpful.
• Ability to move quickly while maintaining quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and reach out to engineers across AI, ML, infrastructure, and full-stack.
• Screen and interview candidates.
• Run multiple candidate processes at the same time.
• Coordinate interview loops, prep candidates, and pass feedback.
• Negotiate and close offers.
• Build a network you will draw on for the rest of your career.
