Job summary

Mercor in San Francisco is seeking a Talent Intelligence & Analytics Manager to map the AI talent landscape, benchmark compensation, and translate market signals into recruiting strategy. You will build data and research layers underpinning Mercor's recruiting across GTM, Applied AI, and Operations, delivering dashboards and actionable insights to recruiters and leadership.

You will lead research projects on talent-market trends, present findings to leadership, and help Mercor stay competitive

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in people analytics, talent intelligence, or recruiting analytics in tech/AI.
• Strong SQL and data modeling skills; able to build dashboards in Hex, Looker or Tableau.
• Ability to turn data into clear narratives and recommendations for recruiters and leadership.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Track AI talent landscape across frontier labs and competitors.
• Analyze Mercor's hiring funnel and provide actionable recommendations.
• Build dashboards and real-time reports on pipeline health and capacity.
• Act as analytics expert for Talent Acquisition across GTM, Applied AI and Operations.
• Partner with leadership to answer market and pipeline questions.
