Infleqtion, Inc. is seeking an Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T) IPT Lead for the QRF portfolio.

You will own the integration and verification flow turning components into hardware configurations for customer handoff, leading complex precision hardware through integration, environmental tests, anomaly resolution, and delivery. The role requires hands-on leadership on the floor, coordinating subsystems and IPTs, developing procedures, and ensuring readiness across environments and safety

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• 8+ years of experience in assembly, integration, test, verification, production test, or systems test for complex hardware.
• Aerospace hardware experience including integration, verification, environmental test, or flight delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary integration/test teams through build, checkout, anomaly resolution, and delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own subsystem and full QRF system builds from prototypes to repeatable products for internal/external programs.
• Be hands-on on the floor as QRF AI&T IPT lead, including integration planning, build flow, readiness gates, test execution, anomaly management, and delivery coordination.
• Interface with engineering and physics teams on test procedures, manufacturing methods, quality, and validation artefacts.
• Own the AI&T plan, integration sequence, test readiness criteria, facilities and equipment needs, and handoff criteria through delivery.
• Coordinate daily/weekly execution across subsystem IPTs, systems engineering, quality, procurement, and program controls.
• Develop and maintain integration/test procedures, travelers, configuration records, and customer acceptance evidence.
• Plan and execute functional, interface, environmental, optical, vacuum, electrical, and system-level verification activities.
• Lead TRR-style reviews, readiness reviews, anomaly investigations, and recovery planning.
• Ensure activities comply with laser safety, high voltage, vacuum, cleanliness, handling, ESD, and facility constraints.
• Drive readiness for facility, instrumentation, shipping, handling, and safety inputs.
• Track AI&T schedule, resources, issues and closure plans, risks, and EAC/ETC impacts for reporting.
