Infleqtion seeks an Assembly, Integration and Test (AI&T) IPT Lead for the QGG Pathfinder program. This role owns the integration and verification flow to turn subassemblies into hardware configurations ready for customer handoff.

The ideal candidate has led complex aerospace or precision hardware through integration, environmental test, anomaly resolution, and delivery, with 8+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's in engineering/physics or related field.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, physics, or related technical field.
• 8+ years in assembly, integration, test, verification, or systems test for complex hardware.
• Aerospace hardware experience required, including flight/space-grade delivery.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary integration/test teams through build, checkout, and delivery.
• Experience writing or approving integration/test procedures and sell-off evidence.
• Experience with environmental or system verification (thermal/vacuum, vibration, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of configuration control, safety, quality, and hardware handling.

Responsibilities

• Be the hands-on AI&T IPT lead on the floor, including integration planning, build flow, readiness gates, test execution, anomaly management, and delivery.
• Own the AI&T plan, integration sequence, test readiness criteria, and subsystem handoff criteria to delivery.
• Coordinate daily/weekly execution across subsystem IPTs, systems engineering, quality, procurement, and controls.
• Develop and maintain integration and test procedures, travelers, configuration records, and test data.
• Plan and execute functional, environmental, optical, vacuum, electrical, and system-level verification.
• Lead TRR-style reviews, readiness reviews, failure investigations, and recovery planning.
• Ensure activities comply with laser safety, high voltage, vacuum, cleanliness, handling, and ESD constraints.
• Drive readiness for facility, instrumentation, shipping, handling, and safety inputs.
• Track schedule, resource needs, issues, risks, and EAC/ETC impacts for reporting.
