Qualifications

• Bachelors or Masters in aerospace or mechanical engineering.
• 4+ years of engineering experience, preferably in aerospace or regulated manufacturing.
• Experience with MRB, nonconformance resolution, and engineering dispositions.
• Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional engineering teams.
• Knowledge of GD&T and configuration control.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional engineering teams across Design, Manufacturing, Quality, Materials, and Stress.
• Support resolution of nonconforming material and MRB activities.
• Lead engineering kit development, validation, and approval.
• Review repair, rework, and use-as-is engineering dispositions.
• Review engineering drawings, analyses, test results, and supporting documentation.
• Ensure compliance with engineering, quality, configuration control, and aerospace requirements.
• Manage engineering priorities, schedules, risks, and deliverables.
• Provide technical guidance and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Support production by driving timely resolution of technical issues.
