Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Typically 5+ years of related aerospace/test engineering experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance.
• Experience with requirements management and verification/validation activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute complex test plans, procedures, and reports to demonstrate compliance with system requirements.
• Apply expertise in test engineering principles across dynamics, thermal, measurement, HSI, software testing, and integration.
• Lead multi-disciplinary design teams and mentor less experienced engineers while developing testing approaches.
• Represent Test Engineering in requirements management, system design, and V&V planning and execution.
• Document test data analyses and communicate findings to stakeholders.
