Job summary

MCI is seeking an AI Systems Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize the infrastructure powering our AI/ML environments. This role ensures reliability, scalability, and security of AI systems, models, and data pipelines, bridging technical operations with advanced AI innovation.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in AI/ML infra, strong Linux, Python, and automation skills with Terraform/Ansible/Jenkins, plus experience with GPUs, containers, and model deployment pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 2+ years in systems administration, DevOps, or infrastructure management (AI/ML preferred).
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containers (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Experience with Linux/Unix, Python/Bash scripting, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).
• Familiarity with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and AI model deployment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversee, configure, and monitor AI/ML systems, servers, and cloud environments.
• Manage GPU/CPU clusters for training and inference workloads.
• Implement scalable infrastructure for LLMs, data pipelines, and model deployment.
• Secure AI systems and manage access, permissions, and configurations.
• Support deployment and integration of AI models and APIs into production.
