Job summary

Postali, an AI-native team, seeks an AI Systems Engineer to own the design, development, and day-to-day operation of agentic AI systems. This hands-on, IC role moves from an ambiguous business problem to a working, monitored production workflow used by teams across content, SEO, research and publishing.

You will partner with content, client performance, paid media and development teams to map processes, deploy LLM agents, engineering controls, and ensure reliability, compliance and measurable

Qualifications

• Evidence of building and operating AI/automation systems used by others.
• Demonstrated AI-native mindset in research, reasoning, building, debugging and problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with LLM-based agents, tool calling, structured outputs and human-approval workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own Postali’s portfolio of AI agents and AI-enabled workflows across content, SEO, research, reporting analysis, publishing support and internal operations.
• Map current processes, identify decisions and failure points, and design optimal AI-driven solutions.
• Design and maintain reusable agent skills, prompts, context files, knowledge and retrieval systems, and tool connections.
