Job summary

Everly, LLC seeks a Solution Architect to lead architecture for scalable, secure insurance platforms and to drive AI-assisted engineering practices. You will partner with product, data, and engineering to translate complex requirements into resilient technical solutions.

The role requires 10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in architecture leadership, deep insurance/fintech domain knowledge, and strong cloud-native and AI tool experience. Remote US-based role with travel.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (required).
10+ years in software engineering with 5+ years in architectural leadership.
Proven experience as a Solution/Enterprise Architect in insurance or fintech platforms.

Responsibilities

Define and own end-to-end solution architecture for insurance platforms.
Implement AI-assisted engineering practices to improve velocity and quality.
Define standards and integration strategies across internal systems and third-party services.
Translate business requirements into scalable, secure technical solutions.
Design API-first, event-driven, microservices-based integration strategies.
