Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science or Data Analytics-related major.
• Must have taken “Machine Learning & Data Mining” and “Data Integration & Fusion” courses.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support AI system implementation ensuring alignment with manufacturing processes.
• Develop project milestones and track progress to meet timelines.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation with traceability of model updates, dataset refinements, and configuration changes.
• Support governance and compliance by preparing structured reports and ensuring adherence to internal standards and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze AI model performance and refine training datasets and configurations to improve accuracy and applicability.
• Analyze production data, risk indicators, and performance gaps to deliver actionable insights and early warnings.
• Monitor KPIs, utilization metrics, and operational performance of AI algorithms to ensure continuous improvement.
• Organize and lead global functional workshops to align stakeholders on AI integration roadmap and accelerate project milestones.
• Collaborate with production, quality, engineering, HR, and planning teams to ensure data consistency and accuracy across systems.
• Monitor system performance post-deployment, identify improvement opportunities, and drive continuous enhancement cycles.
